nah, Steam's just inconsistent. There's a chance they'd be find but there's a chance they wouldn't be. No point in taking that chance (but I think there should just be a separate build for Steam that swaps sprites/names out and keep the OG build going).

cool, I think this makes a lot of sense. It's easy to run into dead-ends during the creative process and I've done it many times myself. Starting over is annoying but I trust it's for the best. People will be upset now but they'll come right back as soon as they see the next project is bigger and better. Hoping for your team's best!

bro, please add volume sliders for the music and dialogue. I can barely hear some of the voice lines. Also, for the 4k asset pack, is there a way for me to patch them into the game, or are they just supposed to stay as separate files to view on their own?

thanks for getting these on steam! you're the goat

you're firing at all cylinders, so a break once in a while isn't a bad idea. Really excited to see the hard work pay off

8 months since last update, not looking good for this one

yo this rocks, any plans for a steam release as well?

this is one of the games I look forward to updates from the most, but I also relate to shelving projects because of work or school or whatever. Hope you guys still find the value in returning to the game when you can. Love ya

this game fkn rocks, keep it up

I guess the game's ambitions are higher than I thought if renpy's not cutting it anymore. Looking forward to seeing what you can do with godot. Btw, love the additions in the latest update

cool, love what you have so far. I think renpy's the perfect tool for the game you're making. Art is meh but still decent. Really looking forward to updates!

regarding the insane ratio of piracy, I don't suppose you have data on where exactly the game's pirated from, do you? Knowing the adult games space like I do, I highly, highly doubt that people are searching for your game specifically with the intent to circumvent the financial support. It's just people browsing sites dedicated to mass-posting adult content and your latest updates are being thrown in with the rest of the hodge podge. That 93% is a testament to how many people are consuming adult media in that free, grab bag fashion rather than how many people are avoiding paying for Goodby Eternity specifically. Idk if that exactly lifts your spirits, but if it's any consolation, I found this game via one of those sites and I've just been waiting for the full release before buying (but I'll pick it up today in light of this post).

cool, excited to see what's coming. Hope you get/got the job!

cool, I like the new story a lot. Way more interesting than the last one

oh also I recognize the artist in this preview image, I'm glad to see them working on your team :)

too many fnaf fan games all try to emulate the survival elements from the original fnaf games and I'm really fatigued by it. How many times do I have to sit still and look at cameras for 10 minutes? My favorite thing about Frida's is that it's a simple renpy game (well, maybe not that simple since the relationship points system is actually pretty difficult to figure out). I still look forward to the new game since it sounds unique, but please finish Frida's in a way that retains the simplicity of it if you can.

thanks, but is this different from the version on Steam?
